For over a decade, HSNY’s popular Important Books & Authors lecture series has featured important works of emerging and established authors in the field of horticulture.

Flowers & Design Gala

Every year, HSNY’s gala benefit is a showcase for astounding creations by top floral designers from New York and around the world, combined with dinner and dancing for a magical evening.

Every other year, the Hort holds an art auction event to benefit the GreenHouse Program on Rikers Island.
